Rental terms
Bookings are subject to identity verification, vehicle availability and the rental agreement accepted at pickup.
🛠️ Damage or Theft Responsibility:
In case the motorcycle/scooter is damaged due to an accident, misuse, negligence, or any other reason during the rental period, the Renter shall be responsible for the full repair cost. Repairs must be carried out only at an authorized service center using genuine spare parts. In case of theft or total loss, the Renter shall be responsible for paying the full market value of the vehicle. The Renter must also continue to pay the applicable daily rental charges until the vehicle is fully repaired, replaced, and available for rental again.
🪖 Helmet Damage or Loss:
If the helmet provided by the company is lost or damaged during the rental period, the Renter must pay ₹650/-.
⛽ Fuel Policy:
Fuel will be provided only up to the nearest petrol pump at the time of pickup. After pickup, all fuel expenses during the rental period shall be the Renter’s responsibility. If the vehicle is returned with additional fuel, no refund or reimbursement will be provided for the extra fuel.
📌 Advance Booking & Refund Policy:
The advance booking amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels the booking, delays the pickup, or fails to show up. However, if the company is unable to provide the booked vehicle from its side, the full booking amount will be refunded.
🚗 Vehicle Availability:
We will make every effort to provide the same vehicle/model booked by the customer. However, vehicle allocation is subject to availability. If the selected vehicle is unavailable, the company may provide a similar or equivalent model. No refund will be provided if an equivalent vehicle is arranged.
⏳ Early Return Policy:
Once the vehicle has been picked up and the rental period has started, returning the vehicle early will not entitle the Renter to a refund for the unused rental period.
💵 Security Deposit Policy:
Any applicable damage charges, traffic fines, penalties, or other outstanding charges incurred during the rental period may be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded within 4–5 working days after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
⏱️ Extension & Late Return Policy:
If the Renter wishes to extend the booking, they must contact the company and obtain confirmation before the scheduled return time. The additional rental amount must be paid in advance. If the booking is not extended and the vehicle is returned late, a late fee of ₹90 per hour will be charged.
📏 Kilometer Limit Policy:
Scooter up to 110cc: 130 km per rental day included. Excess usage will be charged at ₹4 per km.Bike above 110cc: 150 km per rental day included. Excess usage will be charged at ₹6 per km.Weekly, 15-day, and monthly bookings: The applicable total kilometer limit and excess kilometer charges will be clearly displayed at the time of booking..
🚨 Illegal Use or Criminal Activity:
The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activity, criminal activity, racing, or any purpose prohibited by law. If the Renter uses the vehicle for any illegal or criminal activity, the Renter shall be fully responsible for all resulting legal consequences, fines, penalties, and expenses. The company may terminate the rental immediately and take appropriate legal action.

I declare that I have read, understood, and accepted all the above Terms & Conditions of the rental agreement. I agree to follow all applicable traffic rules and use the vehicle responsibly. I accept full responsibility for any damage, fines, penalties, misuse, or legal issues arising during my rental period.
