are there any booking cancel charges for online booking ?
You can cancel the booking, however the cancellation charges will be levied as follows: ✦ 90% Refund in case of cancellation made more than 1 week before ride start time. ✦ 70% Refund in case of cancellation made more than 24hours before but less than 1 week before ride start time ✦ No refund in case of cancellation made less than 24 hours before ride start time and no redund for partial payment booking
what are the penality in case accident and physical damege of veicle
In case of physical damage to the vehicle, which is not linked to any technical failure of the vehicle, velote branch officer will assess the extent of damage and propose the penalty to cover the cost of repair plus the business loss due to downtime.
**When will I receive my security deposit after handing over the vehicle?**
**As per our terms and conditions, your security deposit will be refunded within 3–4 working days after the vehicle is handed over. If there are any outstanding charges, such as puncture, tyre damage, or other applicable costs, the relevant amount will be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded. We will make every effort to process your refund as soon as possible.**
